Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we aren't able to deliver there yet.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Delivery typically takes 5 to 21 business days after processing, depending on the product and your location. Some items ship from different facilities, so if you order multiple items they may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.

Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your order.

  • United States: standard shipping starts at $4.75. Orders over $75 ship free. Calculated UPS and USPS rates are also available at checkout.
  • Canada: standard shipping starts at $9.39.
  • Australia: standard shipping starts at $12.49.

Rates increase with the number of items in your order. The exact cost and available options are always shown before you pay.

Customs, duties, and taxes For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Delays Carrier delays, weather, and customs inspections can occasionally extend delivery times beyond our estimates. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at support@sungoalshappyliving.com and we'll track it down.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or never arrives, contact us at support@sungoalshappyliving.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right. See our Refund policy for return and refund details.
